Your results and transcripts — delivered where they count.

WAEC, NECO, JAMB, university transcripts, degrees, NYSC — the records that unlock admissions, WES evaluations, professional registration and jobs abroad. We retrieve them from the institutions that hold them, verify them, and dispatch them directly to wherever is asking — so you’re not flying home to queue at a registry.

Institution-direct dispatch to WES Digital & paper-era certificates We chase the registry, not you

Part A Which document are they actually asking for?

Certificate, statement of result, or verification — they are not interchangeable.

Half the confusion online — including every “digital WAEC certificate” thread — comes from three different artifacts wearing similar names. Sending the wrong one costs you a processing cycle. Here’s the difference, and the free assessment tells you which one your requester wants.

Artifact 1

The certificate

The credential itself — yours to hold. Newer results exist as digital certificates you can retrieve online; older results live as paper originals, and some examination bodies won’t re-issue a lost original at all. That’s not a dead end — see artifact 2.

Artifact 2

The statement of result

Official evidence of your result issued by the body — the accepted substitute where an original certificate is lost, delayed or was never collected. Widely accepted, when obtained through the proper channel.

What WES & embassies rely on Artifact 3

The verification

Confirmation sent by the institution directly to the requester — WES, a university, a professional body, an employer. It never passes through your hands, which is exactly why they trust it.

Paper-era results are not a problem — they’re a routing question. Results issued before the digital systems existed can still be retrieved, evidenced and verified; the path just runs through the examination body’s records rather than a download portal. We handle both eras through the same order.
Part B Education Desk services

Secondary school to service year — retrieved, verified, dispatched.

Each service priced on its own, quoted after your free assessment. Institution fees are itemised separately, as always.

ED-01

WAEC & NECO result verification

Results confirmed through the examination body and evidenced to whoever’s asking — schools, employers, evaluators.

ED-02

Digital certificate retrieval

Digital certificates retrieved from the body’s platform — and for paper-era results, the correct modern route mapped and processed.

ED-03

JAMB documents

JAMB results and admission documents retrieved and evidenced for admissions, verification and record-matching purposes.

ED-04

University transcript requests

The famous one. Requested, paid, chased weekly through the registry, and dispatched institution-direct — however long the registry takes, you’re not the one chasing.

ED-05

Degree & certificate verification

Degrees and diplomas verified with the awarding institution for employers, professional bodies and evaluators — with consent, always.

ED-06

NYSC certificate verification & replacement guidance

Service-year certificates verified, and honest guidance through NYSC’s own process where a certificate is lost.

ED-07

Statement-of-result retrieval

Official statements obtained from the examination body — the proper substitute when originals are lost or still in production.

ED-08

Dispatch to WES, universities & professional bodies

Sealed, institution-direct dispatch with courier tracking, matched to the recipient’s reference number so it lands in the right file.

Part C The transcript problem

The registry moves at its own pace. We make sure it keeps moving.

Everyone applying abroad learns the same lesson: the transcript request that “takes two weeks” and is still sitting in a registry three months later — while your WES evaluation, admission or job offer waits. Our job is the unglamorous part: paying the right fee to the right desk, following up on a schedule, and putting the sealed result on a courier the day it’s released.

  1. Request filed correctly with the registry, institution fees paid and receipted
  2. Follow-up on a fixed weekly cadence — logged, so you can see every chase
  3. Sealed and matched to your WES / recipient reference number
  4. Institution-direct courier dispatch with tracking shared to your wallet
  5. Confirmation when the recipient logs it received

Step 02

Request & pay

Applications filed correctly with the examination body or registry, official fees paid and itemised on your receipt.

Step 03

Chase & verify

Scheduled follow-ups until the institution releases the document — every chase logged where you can see it.

Step 04

Dispatch & confirm

Sealed, institution-direct delivery to WES, the university or the professional body — tracked to receipt, copies noted in your wallet.

Part E Common questions

Asked in every “transcript still not sent” thread.

Is there really a digital WAEC certificate now? What about my old paper result?
Digital certificates exist for newer results and can be retrieved through the examination body’s platform. Older, paper-era results weren’t issued that way — but they remain fully valid, and they can be evidenced through statements of result and institution-direct verification, which is what evaluators like WES actually rely on. The free assessment tells you which format your result year supports and which artifact your requester will accept, before you pay for anything.
I lost my original certificate. Can it be replaced?
It depends on the issuing body — and honestly, some examination bodies do not re-issue lost original certificates at all. That is not the dead end it sounds like: the accepted substitute is an official statement of result plus, where a third party needs proof, direct verification from the body. For NYSC certificates, replacement follows NYSC’s own procedure, which we guide you through step by step. What we won’t do is procure a “replacement original” outside official channels — anything obtained that way is a forgery that can end a career.
How long will my university transcript take?
The honest answer: it depends on your institution’s registry, and the range is wide — some release in weeks, others take months. What changes with us is not the registry’s internal speed but everything around it: the request filed right the first time, fees paid to the correct account, follow-ups on a fixed schedule instead of when you remember, and dispatch the day of release. Your assessment includes a realistic range for your specific institution based on current experience.
Does WES require the transcript to come directly from my university?
Credential evaluators and most foreign institutions require documents sent institution-direct — sealed and dispatched by the school or examination body, never handled by you. That chain of custody is exactly what our dispatch service maintains, matched to your evaluator’s reference number so it attaches to the right file on arrival. Requirements vary by evaluator and change over time, so we confirm the current submission rules for your specific evaluator at assessment.
Can you help improve a result or arrange a certificate for a course I didn’t finish?
No — never, and walk away from anyone who says yes. Altered results and procured certificates are forgeries; evaluators and employers verify against the issuing institution, discrepancies surface, and the consequences follow you permanently. Every service on this page retrieves, evidences or verifies genuine records only. If your genuine record has an actual error in it, that’s a formal correction with the institution — which we can honestly assess.
I’m abroad. Do I need to come home for any of this?
Almost never — retrieval, requests, chasing and dispatch are exactly the errands this desk exists to run in your absence, and documents go institution-direct to your evaluator rather than to you. In the rare case an institution insists on the applicant or a proxy appearing, we tell you at assessment and help you arrange a proper letter of authority for a family member instead of a trip.
